Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred in home, hospital, or acute care.
• Authorized to work in the United States; driver's license preferred.
• Current physical within last 12 months and TB screening within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled pediatric nursing care in patients' homes.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care given.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date records and coordinate scheduling with families.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
