Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in home settings across Fairfield County, CT. The role offers a per diem schedule with Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekend shifts.

Candidates must hold a CT RN license, BLS, and preferably pediatric home care experience. A valid driver's license, US work authorization, a recent physical, and TB screening are required; onboarding is fast and supportive.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum of one year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver#s license preferred.
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in home settings.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to coordinate care.
