Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team serving Fairfield County, CT.

You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the homes, focusing entirely on your patient to deliver personalized, compassionate care. We offer flexible scheduling with 8-12 hour shifts and day, overnight, and weekend opportunities to fit your availability, plus competitive pay of $55/hour, weekly direct deposit, and a fast onboarding

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (acute care or home care preferred).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license.

About the Role

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
