Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, one-on-one in-home care for a 1-year-old patient with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube in Hartford County, CT. This per diem role offers day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling and weekly direct deposit pay.

Candidates must hold CT RN license, current BLS, and pediatric experience; tracheostomy/ventilator experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube experience strongly preferred
• Pediatric home care, hospital, or acute-care experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening completed within the past year or chest X-ray documentation if applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one-on-one pediatric home care for a 1-year-old patient with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube.
• Support families and coordinate care with clinical team to ensure safety and comfort.
• Deliver compassionate assessments, monitor patient status, and document care plans and progress

Affirmed Home Care is growing our Pediatric Division and seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, one-on-one care to a 1-year-old pediatric girl with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube in the comfort of her home.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an RN who is experienced in pediatric complex care and passionate about supporting children and their families in a home-care setting.

Available Shifts

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts

• Flexible per diem scheduling
• 8- and 12-hour shifts available
