Job summary
A pediatric healthcare provider in Broken Arrow is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide crucial assistance in implementing ABA therapy for children with special needs. The successful candidate will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will be involved in data collection, implementation of treatment plans, and maintaining standards of care in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and active RBT credentials are required.
Qualifications
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
Responsibilities
Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
Participate in the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
Collect, enter, and report data to the supervising BCBA.
