Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc in Corona, CA is seeking a licensed Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy, including hippo-therapy on our ranch, with a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.

The role offers professional growth, substantial training, and collaboration across disciplines to help children reach their therapy goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid California PTA License.
• Pediatric therapy experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with goals in treatment plans using therapeutic exercises and devices.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and electrical stimulation as directed.
• Evaluate progress and assist with adjustments under the PT supervision.
• Develop home exercise programs and educate patients and families.
• Document care accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and adhere to infection control.
