Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team in Corona/Norco, CA. The role involves pediatric assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care across physicians, nurses, and therapists in a supportive environment.

The team focuses on family-centered care, hippo-therapy options, and continuous professional growth with ongoing training opportunities and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Physical Therapist.
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and interpretation of evaluations to develop PT treatment plans.
• Carry out treatment plans and guide patients in exercises and activities.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and supervise assistants.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans and devices as needed.
• Complete discharge planning and coordinate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals.
• Educate patients and families with home exercise programs and use of assistive equipment.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and safety.
