Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Therapy is excited to welcome a licensed Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Norco, CA. We provide PT, OT, and Speech services in a traditional clinic and on our ranch with hippotherapy, focused on helping children reach therapy goals.

You will join a supportive, growth‑minded practice that values collaboration, continuing education, and weekly supervisor meetings.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California PTA license.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Livescan background check required.
• TB Test
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card.
• Availability must include until 7pm during weekdays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a strong-team player.
• Must lift up to 50lbs. and push/pull equipment over 100lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in achieving goals outlined in treatment plans and use of therapeutic devices.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and electrical stimulation.
• Evaluate patient progress and coordinate with primary physical therapist.
• Design home exercise programs and educate patients and families.
• Document patient care in records and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and ensure infection control.
