Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our pediatric outpatient team in Norco/Corona. This role focuses on providing comprehensive PT services in a clinical setting, with opportunities to work across orthopedics, speech, and occupational therapy disciplines.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree and California licensure, enjoys collaborative work, and is committed to improving children’s quality of life through evidence-based therapy and family

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with pediatric experience preferred.
• Outpatient settings experience a plus.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team including SLP and OT.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat pediatric patients per therapy plan.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and classroom teams.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
