Qualifications

• Possess a valid California PT License.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Clear Livescan (background check).
• TB Test/CPR Healthcare Provider Card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a strong team player and have a desire to grow professionally.
• Regularly stand, bend, stoop, lift and move; lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull wheeled items over 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and interpretation of evaluations to determine PT treatment plans with physicians or by prescription.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and supervise assistants; guide patients in exercises and use of devices.
• Document care in patient records and maintain confidentiality.
• Discharge planning and home exercise program design; coordinate with care team.
• Ensure equipment operation and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
