Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Corona, CA seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our outpatient team, providing direct SLPA services to children in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings. Must hold a California SLPA license, have at least 2 years of pediatric experience, pass Livescan and TB test, CPR, and be able to work until 7pm on weekdays in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Hold valid California License as Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• At least 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience.
• Clear Livescan, TB Test and CPR certification.
• Availability until 7pm on weekdays and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children per treatment plans.
• Document patient progress with daily notes.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for activities.
• Adapt materials to patient needs and settings (clinic, ranch, telehealth).
• Communicate effectively in oral and written form and collaborate with the team.
• Follow company policies and perform related duties.
