Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks an accomplished operations leader to oversee day-to-day activities across one or more pediatric practices. You will drive staffing, scheduling, and patient flow while monitoring revenue cycles and expenses to maximize efficiency.

You will partner with nursing and provider leadership to implement programs, manage budgets, and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality patient experiences in a large pediatric system.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with strong financial, human resources, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Demonstrated experience in various systems/software/technology components, e.g., Microsoft, Epic.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day practice operations including staffing, resources, access, and patient throughput.
• Partners with nursing and provider leadership on operational issues.
• Forecasts and develops operational and capital budgets with variance reporting.
