Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare operations, strong financial acumen, and experience with large physician practices, Epic, and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations with strong financial, human resources, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Demonstrated experience with systems/software/technology, e.g., Microsoft, Epic.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day practice operations, including staffing, resources, access, patient throughput, reporting, and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve access, quality, revenue, and expense control.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to providers, including schedules and clinic initiatives.
• Forecast and develop operational budgets with monthly data interpretation and action plans.
• Manage revenue cycle, coding, denial monitoring, and internal controls.
