Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center outpatient pediatrics Miller unit in Winston-Salem, NC. The role is full-time with a 40-hour work week, Mon-Fri and an occasional Saturday shift every 8 weeks.

Compensation ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour, with relocation support up to $7,500 for qualified candidates. Requirements include a B.S., M.S., or D.P.T.

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification (BLS Level C).
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care assessment and treatment, with comprehensive evaluations and realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Maintains patient records and ICD-10 codes; ensures legible and timely documentation.
• Meets department productivity standards and adjusts schedules to fit patient needs.
• Contributes to quality improvement by identifying opportunities and sharing best practices.
