Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehabilitation: Pediatrics: Miller team in Winston-Salem. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes.

The role requires licensure in North Carolina, a DPT/MS/B.S. in physical therapy, and CPR (BLS) certification; hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S., M.S., or D.P.T. degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification (BLS Level C) or equivalent.
