Advocate Health’s Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation: Womens Health: Miller is seeking a physical therapist for a full-time role in North Carolina. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate to ensure quality care in a 40-hour week with a rotating Saturday every 8 weeks.

LS/CPR/BLS certified, degree from an accredited program, and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state
• CPR certification (BLS) required
• PT degree from accredited program

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, plan treatment and set realistic goals
• Provide patient care and maintain quality outcomes
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
