Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for our High Point outpatient rehabilitation location. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule and occasional Saturday coverage every 8 weeks. The position requires a B.S., M.S., or D.P.T.

from an accredited PT program, current North Carolina licensure, and BLS CPR certification. The PT will provide comprehensive patient evaluations and treatments, document thoroughly, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards and policies to promote teamwork and quality care.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and ICD-10 codes.
• Meets productivity standards and adjusts schedules to meet patient needs.
• Participates in process improvements to enhance care quality and efficiency.
• Promotes professional development and shares expertise with colleagues.
• Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and families.
