Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO. You will deliver individualized, goal-driven care in the home setting.

Join a multidisciplinary team, perform evaluations, address fine motor and sensory goals, educate families for home programs, and document per home health standards. Enjoy a sign-on bonus and flexible full- or part-time caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification.
• Colorado OT license and CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas.
• Educate and coach families for home program support.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per home health standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
