Advocate Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a float position spanning Healthy Futures Outpatient Clinic, Jeff Gordon's Children Center Inpatient, and LCH Inpatient in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role requires providing services across settings, including weekends and holidays, with a 40-hour work week.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, valid state licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required.
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy required.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates patients and establishes a care plan with modalities and education.
• Gathers data from medical records, physician reports, patient, and family.
• Sets functional goals and provides evidence-based interventions with ongoing assessment.
• Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, and discharge information.
• Communicates evaluations and progress to physicians and staff; coordinates schedule and discharge planning.
• Provides supervision of PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
