Job summary

Advocate Health in Lexington, NC is seeking a full-time outpatient physical therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The role requires a B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree, current licensure, and CPR/BLS certification, with responsibilities that include patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ensuring quality outcomes.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend/holiday rotation and potential to float to Salisbury or North Davidson clinics as needed, within a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards and policies to promote a cooperative work environment.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with comprehensive evaluations and functional treatment plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and ICD-10 codes as appropriate.
• Meets department productivity standards and adjusts schedules to meet patient and department needs.
• Promotes professional development and shares clinical expertise with coworkers and students.
