Advocate Health is seeking a Physiotherapist for the 03473 GCMG Childrens Spec Center OP Therapy: MCP - Pediatrics: Outpatient Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role involves pediatric outpatient rehabilitation, including evaluations, goal setting, and ongoing re-assessment, with supervision of support staff.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, a valid state license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy required.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and selects assessment techniques to establish care plans.
• Gathers data from medical records, physician reports, and families with documentation.
• Establishes functional goals with patients and provides evidence-based interventions.
• Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, and discharge information.
• Communicates evaluation results to physicians, referrals and staff; coordinates schedules.
• Supervises PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
