Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children's Physical Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to float among Huntersville, Davidson, and University clinics, serving pediatric patients.

Experience in outpatient pediatric physical therapy is required. You will evaluate, design and adjust care plans, supervise PTAs, and coordinate with physicians and families to optimize outcomes.

• Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapy experience is required.
• Evaluates patients and develops care plans based on holistic assessment.
• Coordinates care and communicates with physicians, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes care plans with modalities and education.
• Gathers and interprets data from medical records and patient/family input.
• Establishes functional goals and provides evidence-based interventions.
• Documents evaluations, progress, and discharge notes.
