Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem. You will work in an acute setting on general medicine, orthopedics, and trauma patients with about 1 weekend shift per month.

The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, goal-oriented treatment plans, and timely documentation. Applicants must hold NC licensure as a PT, hold a BS in Physical Therapy, and maintain CPR certification every two years; APTA membership is

Competenze

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina with current licensure.
• Active member of APTA encouraged but not required.
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required.
• CPR certification required every two years.

Mansioni

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment; sets goals and treatment plans.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation: evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes.
• Meets department productivity and budget expectations; adjusts schedules as needed.
• Identifies quality and operational improvement opportunities.
• Promotes education of health care staff; delivers in-service training.
• Supervises PT and PTA students; ensures quality patient care delivery.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers.
