Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Acute Care Rehabilitation department. This full-time role requires 32 hours per week with a weekend rotation (2 weekend days + 2 weekdays) and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Requirements include a PT degree (B.S./M.S./D.P.T), current state licensure, and CPR (BLS) certification. You will assess and treat patients, document care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (BLS) Level C.

Responsibilities
