Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment.
• Ensures evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and follow standard practice.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
• Meets department financial and productivity standards and adjusts schedules as needed.
• Participates in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency of services.
• Supervises PT students and PT assistant students.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff and external customers.
• Adheres to age/developmental guidelines for patients served.
