Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Assist with patient registration by collecting and verifying information; direct patients to waiting areas.
• Accept payments for services according to guidelines and post payments into the system.
• Provide information to patients and approved outside entities; respond to routine inquiries about services.
• Respond to phone calls and assist patients and visitors; coordinate referrals and follow-up care as needed.
• Assist with medical records duties as requested.
