• Assist with patient registration by collecting and verifying insurance information; enter changes into the system.
• Direct patients to appropriate waiting areas and provide directions as needed.
• Accept payments for services and post charges using appropriate codes.
• Provide accurate patient, medical, financial or procedural information to patients or approved entities.
• Respond to routine inquiries about hours of operation and services.
