Job summary

The US Oncology Network seeks a Patient Services Coordinator for the Texas Oncology clinic in Dallas. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect demographics and co-pays, and direct calls to the appropriate staff in a fast-paced oncology setting.

This role considers Level 1–Sr based on experience, with emphasis on patient-centered care and confidentiality under HIPAA. Spanish speakers encouraged to apply; full-time, on-site at the Forest Lane clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some receptionist or office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, and Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Checks in patients and informs clinical staff of patient arrival.
• Provides and explains paperwork for the patient to complete prior to examination and collects necessary information.
