You'll work with a collaborative team, prioritize compassionate customer service, manage schedules, verify demographics and insurance, and handle copays with accuracy in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with patients and families.
• Previous medical receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric setting.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA and privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities
