Job summary

• Read emails frequently for important updates in this department.
• Be flexible to stay past scheduled time when needed to serve patients.
• Prepare and process fee tickets, patient forms, and other requests.
• Schedule appointments with detailed information.
• Maintain physician schedules and confirm appointments.
• Collect co-payments, deductibles, and other patient balances.
• File fee tickets, stock supplies, and manage daily tasks.
• Process payments and receipts accurately.
• Prepare daily deposits and maintain cash balance.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate patient service.
• Meet or exceed expectations through teamwork.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines and MMC policies.
