Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter is seeking a Pediatrics Patient Experience Associate for our Main Campus in Murfreesboro, TN. This full-time role supports families, greets patients, and coordinates pediatric appointments in a busy clinic.

You'll work with a collaborative team, prioritize compassionate customer service, manage schedules, verify demographics and insurance, and handle copays with accuracy in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized team member to join our fast-paced pediatric office. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, provides excellent customer service, and can multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

Greet patients and families warmly and professionally

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments

Verify patient demographics and insurance information

Collect copays and payments

Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Communicate effectively with parents, providers, nurses, and staff.

Required Skills

Previous medical receptionist, pediatric office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred but not required .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
