Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter (MMC) is seeking a Patient Experience Associate to provide front-line support to patients and care teams, delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

You will schedule appointments, collect demographic and insurance information, process payments, and collaborate with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow while upholding HIPAA and clinic policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes and onboarding.
• Collect demographics, insurance, and referral information.
• Process payments, co-pays, and daily deposits with accuracy.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.
