Job summary

Just Kids Pediatrics is seeking a full-time PEP Receptionist for our Mustang Clinic, OKC area. The role focuses on delivering excellent patient experience by handling calls, scheduling, and registrations with a compassionate approach.

Spanish speaking is a plus. Minimum two years of medical office experience preferred. Hours: Tue–Thu 10am–7pm, Fri 8am–5pm, with potential travel to other clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of medical office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate locations.
• Schedule appointments.
• Register patients into the computer system.
• Run patient insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Confirm appointments.
• Create a positive experience aligned with core values for internal and external customers.
• Register patients over the phone and collect demographics.
• Collect and copy insurance cards and driver's licenses.
• Answer telephone, take messages and return voicemails.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform clerical tasks as required.
• Support flexible scheduling and location assignments, including floating to other clinics when needed.
