Job summary

Just Kids Pediatrics is seeking a full-time call center agent in Oklahoma City, OK to support pediatric care. You will provide compassionate service, enter patient demographics in the EHR, verify insurance, and schedule appointments. Spanish language ability is required for this role.

The position is in-person, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with rotating half days. Starting pay is $14 per hour and varies with experience, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical office registering and scheduling patients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communications skills.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Enter demographics and financial information into patient intake and EHR systems.
• Verify insurance.
• Register patients over the phone and schedule appointments.
• Collect and make copies of all insurance cards and driver\'s licenses.
• Answer telephone, take messages and return voicemails.
• Create a positive experience through our core values with internal and external customers.

We are currently hiring for a full-time call center agent for our operations center (12309 S. May Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73170) who will provide compassion to patients and develop the communities we live and operate in. Being a good Human is a must in our world!

Minimum (1) years of medical office or clinic experience preferred.

Call Center Job Shift

Monday-Friday 8a-5p (rotating half days!)

Call Center Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Basic computer skills. Types 25 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work other locations and schedules when needed.
• Must pass a criminal background check

Salary
