Children’s Dental FunZone is hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide families through treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and explain financial options in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

You will collaborate with the dental team, review insurance, and help families understand care choices while delivering a friendly, energetic service that supports growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dental sales and treatment coordination.
• Must enjoy working with children and families.
• Strong customer service and sales background.
• Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred).
• Familiarity with dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti-Cal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans, options, and financial arrangements to patients and parents.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience through clear and compassionate communication.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment procedures, and preventive care.
• Verify and manage insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti-Cal).
• Utilize electronic billing systems efficiently.
• Offer flexible payment solutions and financing options.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
