Cortica, a pediatric neurodevelopmental care leader, seeks an innovative Occupational Therapist to join our transdisciplinary team. You will assess and set goals, deliver play-based therapy, and collaborate across neurology, pediatrics, ABA, and speech-language therapy to design integrative treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Current, unrestricted OT license with eligibility for cross-state licensure.
- Commitment to integrative, family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assessment and goal setting using standardized tools.
- Deliver one-on-one, group, and co-treatment sessions with play-based approaches.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on integrative treatment plans.
- Educate families on home-based strategies to extend gains.
- Maintain documentation and support compliant billing practices.
- Contribute to program development and clinical excellence.
