Cortica is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the United States. You will assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, sensorimotor, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders in children using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.

You will collaborate with transdisciplinary teammates to implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions in clinic and via telehealth, and document outcomes within established timelines.

Formación

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in state of practice
• Master's degree in related field
• First aid/CPR training
• TB clearance
• Complete safety training within 90 days of employment
• Licensure in other Cortica states as needed
• Appreciation for a wide range of therapeutic approaches
• Passion for working with children
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, sensorimotor, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders in children.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process with standard assessments when applicable.
• Deliver in-clinic and telehealth therapy as needed and appropriate.
• Complete documentation within Cortica’s time frames.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies and generalization activities.
• Participate in transdisciplinary rounds and related trainings.
• Use EMR systems and Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
