Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unrestricted OT license with eligibility for cross‑state licensure.
• Demonstrated excellence in integrative, family‑centered care.

• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and goal setting using standardized tools.
• Deliver one-on-one, group, and co‑treatment sessions tailored to each child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design integrative care plans.
• Educate families on home-based strategies to extend gains.
• Maintain patient records and support compliant billing practices.
• Contribute to program development and clinical excellence.
• Deliver a minimum of 27 direct patient care hours weekly.
