Job summary

Cortica is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team serving children with neurodevelopmental differences. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, sensorimotor, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.

You’ll work in-clinic and via telehealth, collaborate with a transdisciplinary team, and provide play-based, goal-driven therapy, with meticulous documentation and a commitment to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Holds a master’s degree in a related field.
• You hold a current and unrestrictive OT license in state of practice.
• You can obtain and maintain licensure in other states where Cortica operates.

Responsibilities

• Establish occupational therapy treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessments.
• Consult with transdisciplinary team to create collaborative treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions within scope.
• Participate in the autism diagnostic process when appropriate.
• Deliver services in clinic and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.
• Complete documentation within Cortica’s timelines.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and generalization activities.
