The role offers a 4-day workweek (10 hours/day, 3-day weekend), a base salary of $83,000–$102,777 with bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including a $2,000 annual CE stipend.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unrestricted OT license with eligibility for cross-state licensure.
• Demonstrated excellence in integrative, family-centered care.
• Collaborative spirit in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set dynamic treatment goals using standardized tools.
