Cortica is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Carlsbad, CA center, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families. You will assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, sensorimotor, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders using Cortica's Whole Child Approach, with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestrictive OT license for the state of practice.
• Master's degree in a related field required.
• Ability to complete safety training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Establish OT treatment goals using standardized assessments aligned with the Whole Child Approach.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and co-treat sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic processes with clinical insight and assessments (e.g., ADOS).
• Provide in-person and telehealth services and complete documentation on time.
• Apply neurodiversity affirming, play- and goal-based interventions.
• Facilitate functional, child-led experiences to meet personalized goals.
