Cortica in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team at the Carlsbad center. You will assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration and developmental disorders in children, while collaborating with a transdisciplinary team of SLPs, BCBAs, physicians, counselors, and other specialists.

Qualifikationen

• Current and unrestricted OT license in state of practice.
• Master's degree in related field (OT).
• Ability to complete safety training within 90 days of employment.

Aufgaben

• Establish OT treatment goals using assessments aligned with Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.
• Consult with transdisciplinary team to create collaborative treatment plans and strategies.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions as appropriate within scope.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process with clinical insight and standardized assessments (ADOS).
• Deliver services in-clinic and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.
• Complete documentation within designated time frames.
• Provide neurodiversity-affirming, play-based and goal-based interventions.
• Facilitate functional, child-led experiences to meet individualized goals.
