Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy to children from birth through age 18 in Broomfield, CO. You will work directly with families to support developmental progress and improve daily function in a familiar setting.

The role requires a master's or doctoral degree in OT, NBCOT certification, current Colorado OT license, CPR, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT) is required.
• NBCOT certification.
• Active Colorado OT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• 1 year of clinical OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and functional areas.
• Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
