Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy for children from birth through age 18 in Broomfield, CO. You will work with families to support developmental progress and daily functioning in a familiar home setting.

The role offers part-time caseloads, 10–20 visits per week, and a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance while achieving clinical goals.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification
• Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas
• Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
