Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy for children from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO. You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and coach families to support home-based programs.

Competitive pay per visit, start-of-care visits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time or part-time caseloads with flexible scheduling are available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification.
• Occupational Therapist (OT) License in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year OT clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas.
• Educate and coach families for consistent home program support.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
