Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home, individualized therapy in Lakewood, CO. The OT will help pediatric clients improve independence, mobility, and daily living skills in a supportive home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Colorado OT license is required.
• Experience in home health or pediatric therapy is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized pediatric home health treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise.
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for coordinated support.
