Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Boulder, CO is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver OT services in the child's home and community, helping them build independence and daily functioning.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), strong mentorship, and CEU/license reimbursement within a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
