Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver pediatric therapy in clients' homes across Colorado. You will evaluate, treat, and coach families to improve functional skills while coordinating with the care team.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, caseload management, and ongoing professional development. A Master’s in Occupational Therapy and Colorado licensure are required; pediatric/home-health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in the home health setting.
• Direct the patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and document progress.
• Participate in mentoring of students and new hires.
