Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct occupational therapy.
• Provide clinical treatment including screenings and evaluations.
• Maintain communication with patients and family regarding progress.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program.
