Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to infants through young adults (0-18). You will deliver one-on-one care focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, and independence—within the child’s natural environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay per routine visit ($70.00–$85.00) with SOC visits up to $120, and a part-time caseload of 10–20 visits per week.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in OT required.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Colorado OT License active.
• CPR certification current.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one in-home therapy sessions.
• Educate and support families to encourage carryover at home.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per regulations.
• Collaborate with clinicians and caregivers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
